At Crochet by Heart, we take pride in creating handmade jewelry with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damages.
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@crochetbyheart.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
